Apart from a small patch of rain in the morning, the rest was at least dry. \u00a0Sadly the temperature did not rise much.<\/p>\n<p>Had a chance to talk to Dirk van den Heede, a Belgian owner of various pre-war NSU motorcycles. \u00a0He has his 501T with him, so I was able to get some detailed pictures of his 1927 model.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/nsuquickly.nl\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/CIMG0082.jpg\" data-rel=\"lightbox-image-0\" data-rl_title=\"\" data-rl_caption=\"\" title=\"\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-384\" src=\"http:\/\/nsuquickly.nl\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/CIMG0082-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"Dirk's 1929 501 T\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nsuquickly.nl\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/CIMG0082-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/nsuquickly.nl\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/CIMG0082-1024x768.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Makes me want to complete mine in a hurry, but getting all the right parts is not so simple.<\/p>\n<p>A surprise at the Audi Tradition-shop. \u00a0They have the log awaited Ro 80 in scale 1:18 for sale. \u00a0Not just in the expected metalic blue, but also in a never before mentioned orange. Within two hours the blue ones were sold out. The \u20ac 65 &#8220;Sonderpreis&#8221; surely helped.<\/p>\n<p>In the evening the 1st festive evening was to be held in the Festhalle. \u00a0With seating for 500 and 460 registered teams the atmosphere was &#8220;cozy&#8221;.\u00a0 We took our drinks in the adjacent restaurant.<\/p>\n<p>Weather should be even better tomorrow, when we go for the traditional group ride-out and the photo.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The weather improved much today.
